All Prominy products sold through this online store are digital download products only.
We do not ship any physical items such as DVDs or boxed products.

After completing your order, you will receive an email from us containing a serial number.

To download and install the product, you will need a Native Instruments account and Native Access.

The serial number is registered and the product is downloaded directly within Native Access.

For new purchases, the serial number is automatically sent in the order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

For upgrade purchases, the serial number will be sent manually by email within one business day after we confirm ownership of the previous version.

This online store is not available for residents in Japan.
If you are a resident in Japan, please use our Japanese store instead.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital download products, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law.

Once a serial number has been issued, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where such remedies are required under applicable consumer protection laws.
