To request your free upgrade, please email support@prominy.com and include the following information:

– Your V-METAL ver.1 serial number
– The Native Instruments account email address used to activate V-METAL ver.1

Before December 22, 2025
If you submit your upgrade request before December 22, 2025 (i.e., by December 21, 2025),
your V-METAL 2 serial number will be sent to you by email no later than December 24, 2025.

On or after December 22, 2025
If you submit your request on or after December 22, 2025, please allow up to two business days for verification. Once your information has been confirmed, your V-METAL 2 serial number will be sent to you by email.

Note: A boxed version is not available with this free upgrade.
After January 31, 2026, paid upgrade pricing will be available here for all V-METAL ver.1 users.
